Shredded American Constitution A Fact

United States of America

A shredded American Constitution is a fact of life in the United States of America today.  Since its inception, little by little the conditions which existed prior to its inception have returned.  Constitutional Shredding by the current Obama Administration has construed laws to fit their hidden agendas and to openly defy and ignore the laws they, by their positions, are charged by the Constitution with enforcing.  A continuation of the current path will lead to the destruction of the country.  I believe that is the goal of this Administration. The lack of integrity and truthfulness is rampant, and the morale of the country suffers greatly.  The Congress and the judicial system, especially the Supreme Court, seem to be complicit in the agenda(s) of the Administration. Neither are doing their jobs of providing checks and balance on the Executive Branch. Let’s take a look at the path leading to where we are today.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

 Preamble to The United States of America Constitution

 We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article I

Section 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Amendment I

Ratified December 15, 1791 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment XIV

Ratified July 9, 1868 Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

An objective review of the above excerpts from the documents generated in the formation of our Republican form of Government will illuminate how our Government and Country have deteriorated.  This has taken place over many years, bit-by-bit.  However it has accelerated at an alarming rate during the reign of the current Obama Administration.  Considering the current state, it could easily be said that current conditions are similar to those existing when the Declaration of Independence was written.  Recently it was announced that the Federal Government is going to experiment in 6 states with the Federal Government conducting state and local law enforcement.  I believe this is bad news for everyone.  It can lead to rapid declaration of Martial Law and suspension of protections that we currently supposedly have.  This in conjunction with the Immigration Amnesty Executive Action can exhibit a chaotic environment and lawlessness that exceeds anything we have experienced before, with the exception of the Civil War.  This can, again, set the stage for massive civil disobedience.  Our Congress is impotent in any effort to correct the situation as spelled out in the Constitution as stated below:

Our current Congress allows unlawful activities to take place with impunity.  The United States of America, if it survives the current Administration, will be paying a stiff price for many years due to the failures of Congress and the Judiciary Branches of the United States Republican Government to exercise its lawful duties.  The primary duty of the Government is to do for the citizens what they cannot do for themselves, but they must try.  Our Government has gone way beyond the point of no return in this respect without very drastic and painful changes.  We no longer have government for the people and by the people. Our representatives say anything to get elected to office, but do as they please, often to our detriment, once in office. We essentially have a borderless, socialist country. Much of our Government activity seem to be oriented more toward appeasement of other countries and illegal in-country US residents than the interests of US citizens.
